Common Service Provider Questions

Can I control multiple locations with one account?

Yes, once you've claimed your first location, click on Manage Listings in your Dashboard, where you'll be able to add or claim additional locations / listings.

Can I see and control my reviews?

On the Service Provider Dashboard, you can see all of your reviews. If you disagree with a review, or wish to make things right with a customer, please reach out to the customer to resolve the issue. If further assistance is needed, we are here to help.

How much do listings cost?

We have two options:
Basic: You can list in one category for $89.00 USD.
Premium: You can list in multiple categories, control and improve how your listing is displayed, and much more for $159.00 USD annually.

How do I downgrade my listing to Basic or Free?

Please contact us to downgrade your listing and we'll take care of that for you.
