Western Pacific Truck School was started in 1977. Founding member Greta Nord helped build a successful company and one of the longest operating truck schools in California. Since its founding in 1977, more than 20,000 students have successfully completed training at Western Pacific Truck School. Greta was also a founding member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA), the largest association of commercial truck driving schools in the world.
Western Pacific Truck School is a private institution and has approval to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education. It is owned and operated by Nordic Enterprises, Inc.
Our training programs stress safe and efficient operation of various types or equipment. We emphasize thorough knowledge of Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.
