Dutchess School of Driving now offers the 166 Hour Entry level Tractor Trailer Career Course!

Our most popular course! We encourage all CDL A training prospects to consider this course because it gives you more career options and possibilities when you graduate. The course begins with classroom training where students learn the theory behind operating a commercial vehicle in order to pass your written permit test. You will then move outside to learn maneuvers, pre/post trip inspections, shifting tactics, etc. Afterwards, our experienced Instructors will teach you the skills necessary to drive a tractor trailer on the road. This is where you gain the knowledge and confidence to operate a tractor trailer safely and efficiently. The proper instruction from our professionals is necessary and critical for your future as a professional driver.
