Our professional instructors use the latest equipment and techniques to give you the best training available.

This classroom instruction covers the CDL handbook and prepares individuals to take and pass the written exam. The class will cover general knowledge, air brakes, combination vehicles. The classroom with endorsements, 2 days, covers the general information plus hazardous materials, tankers, and double and triple axles. Once the class concludes, individuals are ready to visit their local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to take the exam.

CDL Refresher Training –

If you have previous driving experience, we offer a one-on-one refresher training class with an experienced truck driver instructor. This training would be excellent for an individual who has obtained their CDL Instructional Permit and needs some time behind the wheel in preparation for the CDL Skills (driving) Exam.

CDL Skills Exam –

We have several individuals that are qualified as third party testers for the northeast area of South Dakota. Successfully passing this driving test will earn you your CDL. This testing is offered year round. You must currently possess your instructional permit and have a current South Dakota Drivers License. LATC truck rental is $200/hr.

DON’T FAIL YOUR INSPECTION TEST!!!

If you never had or need refresher training on the vehicle inspection portion of the CDL Skills test, this course is specifically designed for you. Just like the Written Test Preparation course prepares you for the written CDL exam, the Vehicle Inspection Course will prepare you to pass the inspection exam your first time through! This will save you time, money and frustration from having to retake a failed inspection. This training is one-on-one training with an experienced instructor.
